Terms of service

Please read carefully before contacting me. This section is always subject to change.


By paying for my services, you agree to the following:

  1. My artwork is not to be used as or in support of NFTs under any circumstances. No exceptions, no tolerance.

  2. My artwork is not to be used as training models for artificial intelligence under any circumstances. No exceptions, no tolerance.

  3. You are only paying for my services as an artist. All rights over my artwork remain with me. This includes but is not limited to displaying commissions or works in progress on my social media or my portfolio as part of self promotion campaigns or for commercial purposes. You will be credited in the case that the works contain your intellectual property.

  4. I will be credited and linked back to on every public platform you display my work on, for as long as you display it.

  5. If you wish your commission to be private, you will notify me at the start of our communications, and I will respect your wish. I will not livestream the drawing process nor will I post work in progress pictures on social media.

  6. Finished commissions may also stay private for an indefinite, but limited amount of time. This time table will be discussed with you, but the final decision will be mine.

  7. The time it takes to finish a commission may range from less than two weeks to a month.

  8. You are entitled to a full refund in the event that I have not begun work on the commission within the agreed upon time.

  9. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, in which case you will be issued a full refund.

  10. No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.

  11. You will not provide AI generated content of any kind as reference for me to base my work on.

  12. My artwork constantly changes as I seek and apply new knowledge. I sell my services as I am in the present, meaning I will not be obligated chase a specific style or workflow from the past.

Commercial use agreement

For any who may want to use my artwork for merch, etc.
Please, read this section especially carefully.


  1. By default, my commissions are for personal use only. If you wish to commission me for commercial use, you can either notify me at the start of our communications to receive the appropriate quote, or you can contact me to acquire said rights for a previous personal work I've done for you.

  2. Commercial use will increase the total price by 30% to 100% depending on following and the specific intended usage.

  3. The following examples are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube or Twitch's partner programs, a personal site, business cards etc).

What I will draw

  • Humanoid characters, from young teenagers to adults, of any skin colour.

  • Furry.

  • Kemonomimi.

  • Mild 18+ (contact me for specific details).

  • Very mild gore (contact me for specific details).

  • Slight muscles.

What I won't draw

  • Heavy muscles.

  • Genitalia.

  • A character design from scratch.

  • Mecha.

  • Monsters.

  • Underage characters in sexual scenarios.

  • Overly complex attire or backgrounds.

  • More than 2 characters in the same illustration.

  • Generally offensive content.

Base Prices

All prices are listed in USD.


Pixel art (full body): $50 per character

Headshot: $120 per character

Half body: $160 per character

Full body: $200 per character


Additions

  • A simple background (more than just a blank color, a gradient or some very light effects) will be added for an additional $10-20.

  • Complex attire, weapons, props not deemed part of the character's outfit will be added for $10 to $50 each, depending on complexity.

  • Nude variants can be offered, and are priced exactly like an extra character (eg. removing a character's clothing from the waist up would cost up to an extra $160, while removing all the clothing would cost up an extra $200). This can be discussed further.
